Summer 2024 Edition
Welcome to the Summer 2024 Edition of our Community News! We are excited to share some wonderful updates and events happening in our community. This season, we will begin rehabilitation work in the townhouse apartments, including new granite counters, bathroom floor tiles, and grey vinyl planking on the first floor. Additionally, we recently celebrated the rededication of the Lizzy Thomas Leisure Park, featuring new amenities like a putting green and chess tables. Community News
We are happy to announce that we will begin rehab work in the townhouse's apartments. You will receive new granite counters (if you don't already have granite) new bathroom floor tiles and granite vanity counter tops in bathroom, grey vinyl planking on the 1st floor to replace carpeting. Please call Carlos with any scheduling or rehab questions that you may have at 781-581-7103.
Rededication Ceremony of Lizzy Thomas Leisure Park
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the rededication of the Lizzy Thomas Leisure Park. The event was a big success, with lot’s of food, music, entertainment and more. Michael Corcoran, president of Corcoran Jennison Management spoke along with Mayor Nicholson. We hope you all can get a chance to enjoy the new park, featuring a putting green, Chess tables and more!
Manager’s Notes
We are currently planting our springtime flowers throughout the community. We are excited to see all the beautiful colors that they will be bringing in the next month or so once they mature.
King's Lynne residents, if you should need a King's Lynne parking sticker, please stop by the office Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. Please be sure to bring your current registration to the office.
Maintenance Notes
Please be sure to clean your bathroom vent fans. To clean be sure the power is off. Take a broom and a wet paper towel and brush lightly, this should take any unwanted dust out of the area. This should be done monthly or as needed, Please be sure to check these areas frequently as build up could be a potential fire hazard.

We would like to give our Grounds Team a big shoutout for making our landscaping look amazing! Here is Luis, our Grounds Assistant, tending to our newly planted KL (King’s Lynne). Thank you all for the hard work you do to make our community look beautiful.
Seasonal Tips: Stay Cool in our Two Pools
With the summertime months approaching we ask that all resident's be sure to take advantage of our two swimming pools. Come up cool off and enjoy the day. If you are in need of a pool pass, please contact Anita at 781-581-7102. There is a charge of $5.00 per guest up to 25 guest per day on a first come first served basis. Thank you.

A: Yes, King’s Lynne is a smoke free community. Smoking is not allowed in any apartments, townhouses, common areas or backyards at King’s Lynne Apartments

A: Per the Lynn Fire Department, we do not allow matts in front of apartment doors in the buildings as this posses a trip hazard should there ever be a fire. We thank for you for your cooperation with this important matter.

A: If you need to purchase a laundry card, please do so at the management Office located at 115 O’Callaghan Way. The gym at the community building (is only for filling laundry cards not purchasing them).

A: It is crucial to have a King's Lynne parking sticker to your vehicle as it helps in proper identification and ensures smooth parking within our community. Failure to display the parking sticker may result in your vehicle being towed. If you require assistance in obtaining or renewing your parking sticker, please don't hesitate to contact our office or visit us with your vehicle's registration for further guidance.
