Emergency Service Requests and routine service requests can be logged 24 hours a day 365 days a year by calling 781-581-7106
If you are locked out of your apartment call our Answering Service at 781-581-7106, there are charges associated with the lock out service. You will be required to show ID as proof you are a resident of King’s Lynne.

Toilet clogs in apartments with only one bathroom or sewer backups
Water leaking from toilet, washing machines, dishwasher, or hot water heater, or any other water intrusion
Gas leaks or no gas or frozen pipes
Wild animal such as squirrel in apt
Natural disaster such as flood, fire, storm, or wind damage
Non- working elevator
Security related issue, such as vandalism or broken window, door, or lock
